Overview

Luxury villa with five bedrooms is located in the elite village of "Say-Taan", only 900 meters from the beach of Bang Tao. Bang Tao Beach is famous for the best restaurants and beach clubs on the island, as well as a well-developed infrastructure that includes supermarkets, boutiques, golf courses, cafes, bars, and of course one of the best beaches on the island - Bang Tao.

Three bedrooms of the villa are located in the main building. All bedrooms with their own bathrooms, individual design, and access to the terrace to the pool. All three bedrooms have a modern TVs.

Two more bedrooms are located in a separate villa. This villa is ideal for families with children. The villa has own living room with a sofa set and a modern TV, as well as a bathroom common for two bedrooms.

Spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling and open plan, and offers comfortable soft furniture and a large TV with cable channels. The large sliding doors of the living room make it easy to combine space with the terrace.

The dining room area has a large dining table, where all the guests of the villa can be comfortably accommodated.

The villa has a well-equipped kitchen in a Western style. You can cook here by yourself, or to use a services of a personal chef, which could be provided like an additional service.

The terrace leads to a large swimming pool 10 meters long. In the pool has a Jacuzzi and a children's area. Near the pool is located a covered sala, where you can relax during the day, hiding from the sun, or to gather in the evening with friends for a barbecue.

The villa has an own bar next to the pool, where a modern 32 inch TV set is installed. Here you can relax in the evening for a cocktail or gather friends, cheer for your favorite football team.

The villa is equipped with a sound system using Denon amplifiers and JBL speakers, which provides surround sound in the living room and dining room, and can also serve music on the outside bar and lard. The system allows guests to connect their own devices to the built-in sound system or enter their Apple account via Apple TV.

The villa has a lighting using the Vantage system, which muffles the light at night, creating a romantic atmosphere.

The staff of the villa is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.every day.
