Overview

A four-bedroom villa is located within walking distance to Kata Beach. The villa has a private pool and a tropical garden with a sala. There is a parking space for one car. The villa is two-storey. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a spacious terrace, a guest toilet.

The bedroom is equipped with a large king size bed, there are a large, roomy wardrobe, a private bathroom and a terrace. The terrace has a table and chairs for four people.

In the living room wicker upholstered furniture, TV, ottoman, on which, you can accommodate two more people if necessary. In the dining area, there is a round dining table with chairs. Next to the living room is a kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, where you can cook any dish you love.
On the second floor leads a wide wooden staircase with comfortable handrails. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large king size bed, spacious wardrobes for clothes. This bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with shower. There is access to a large, covered terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, the third bedroom has one single bed and a wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a shower.

In the garden, next to the pool, there is a covered bacon, equipped with a table and chairs. It is perfect to sit in the evening with friends for a barbecue.

The villa is located just 1500 meters from Kata Beach. The area of Kata Beach is famous for its well-developed infrastructure, a wide choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and massage parlours. And of course its a beautiful beach with fine white sand. On the beach, there is a surf-bar where you can take the first surf lessons.
The villa is perfect for families and friends. The only downside of this wonderful house is the proximity to the road.
