A two-storey three-bedroom villa located in Rawai, a 7-minute drive to Nai Harn Beach. Within walking distance from the villa there is a large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, a market with fresh seafood, a beach, a nightclub, Rawai promenade. The villa is located in a gated estate.

The villa is designed in a modern style, in light colors, using modern materials for decoration. Convenient layout allows you to comfortably accommodate a large family or a group of friends. The villa has a private pool, its own tropical garden, parking space.

On the second floor of the villa there is another bedroom with its own bathroom and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool. The third bedroom has a king size bed.
