Overview

Stylish villa with three bedrooms located in walking distance to Kamala beach. The villa offers a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a tropical garden, and a private parking area. The villa is perfect for a family holiday, as well as for relaxing with friends. The interior of the villa is made in a modern style in light colours.

The villa is two-stories. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace to the pool, a well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need for cooking, a dining area with a large dining table for six people and a guest toilet.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bedrooms have large double beds, spacious wardrobes, modern flat-screen TVs. Two of the three bedrooms have balconies. All bathrooms have a bathtub.

The villa has its own tropical garden and swimming pool. Near the pool, there are sun loungers and a table with chairs, where you can relax with friends and family in the evening for dinner.

Just a few minutes walk from the villa you will find many restaurants, cafes bars, shops, massage and spa salons. Kamala Beach is well suited for resting with children due to a gentle descent into the water. Due to the fact that the beach is in a closed bay, there are almost never waves.
