Overview

The first thing that you have to know about Karon Butterfly Condominium is that the residential project incorporates the best of Thai and Italian design, creating a modern style that reflects the best of the two cultures. The masterplan sets our rigorous standard and specifications, to ensure the highest western quality in the development of our project.

The 1st Phase of the project offered 16 condominium units in 2 separate of two and three-storey buildings with a wide range of size and prices.

Ground Floor Units came with a private garden space, while first and second floor units have balconies. All have access to the central facilities including a reception, a beach swimming pool, pool bar , fitness centre, and a sun deck with sea views.

The 2nd Phases of the project offers 36 condominium “Flower” units in a single building comprising apartments on three levels. The surfaces of the apartments vary from 40 to 50 square meters with views of the garden or see.

The interior layout consists of a kitchen corner, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
To access the first and second floor apartments there is a staircase leading to the covered gangway.

The 3rd Phase Building CD all units with sea views on three levels from 46 sqm to 119 sqm., some units with one bedroom one bathroom and some with two bedrooms two bathrooms. The Building is equipped with a lift. The last Phase of the Project under construction consists of two Buildings A and B and are composed of different types of apartments on three levels with sea views, garden views and pool views. Both buildings are equipped with a lift.

All the apartments project is surrounded by a rich tropical garden. Karon Butterfly has entered the market with reasonably – priced condominiums with apartment for sale from 4.2 millions to 10 millions THB.

Each property on the ground floor has its own private garden; the apartments on the first floor have the balcony, and each apartment has air conditioning.
