Overview

Furnished to the highest standards, Villa Julia is a unique and impressive seven bedroom pool villa in Phuket which offers stunning views of the ocean and tropical jungle from within this private, secure estate located on the hills overlooking Layan beach which is within a few minutes drive.

Accommodation comprises of seven en-suite bedrooms, extensive living areas, and a 16 x 7-meter infinity edge salt water swimming pool.

The spacious Master Bedroom Suite overlooks the pool has a king size bed, sofa, desk, TV, walk-in wardrobe, and ultra-modern en-suite shower room. Large glass windows provide views over the jungle to the sea beyond.

Downstairs Bedroom Two has twin beds, TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Doors open onto a covered terrace with seating.

Bedroom Three has twin beds, TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. This large bedroom also has a separate seating area and a private terrace.

Bedroom Four comes with a king size bed, seating area, TV, Fridge, built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room with extra wardrobe space and a safe. Patio doors open onto the garden area.

From the pool level, a bridge takes you to three further bedrooms, each one comes with its own 8 x 3-meter swimming pool. All have king size beds, daybeds, TVs, fridges, desks, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms with outside baths. Sunbeds and outside furniture are provided.

Returning to the main villa, upstairs is the main living room with large comfortable sofas and doors opening onto the balcony with outdoor dining and seating options, the perfect place to watch the sunset over the Andaman sea. There is also a modern European kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and a large TV room with access to the balcony.

Finally, back downstairs there is a large air-conditioned formal dining room seating 10 people and outside a covered entertainment area with football table, mahjong table plus outdoor seating and dining table, all overlooking the pool. There is also a small kitchen area with a breakfast bar plus the Thai kitchen where staff will prepare your meals. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas are provided.

This villa also has an elevator to access all levels so suitable for people with limited mobility.

Wireless Internet is provided and the villa is fully air-conditioned.

Covered parking is provided for two vehicles.
