1. Location

3. Payment of electricity and water

The rental price, as a rule, does not include electricity and water. You will need to pay them separately according to the tariffs. Rates from one villa to another may vary significantly, and it is better to clarify them even before concluding a lease. Otherwise, at the end of the rental period, you may get an unpleasant surprise in the form of an impressive electricity and water bill.

4. Security deposit

When renting a villa, with a high degree of probability, you will be asked to make an insurance deposit. This is the refundable amount that will be returned to you at the end of the rental period if the property has not been damaged and water and light bills have been paid. The deposit amount should also be clarified at the time of signing the contract, so as not to be left without cash upon arrival.

5. Deposit for booking

If you do not book your villa through booking sites such as booking or Airbnb, you will be asked to make a deposit to confirm your intentions. The size of the deposit can vary from 25% to 100% of the rental price, depending on the dates you choose. In most cases, this is 50% of the cost. The deposit, as a rule, is not repayable, that is, if your plans change due to any, even very good reasons, they will not return the money.
