Overview

The villa with three bedrooms and private pool is located in the gated estate, just a few minutes drive from Bang Tao and Layan beaches.

Near the estate is the elite area of the island - Laguna, with its rich internal infrastructure. Within 7 minutes drive from the villa there is a supermarket "Villa Market" and Boat Avenue, with a large selection of restaurants and boutiques. In walking distance are several restaurants, in particular, the popular "Artisan Project".

The villa has three bedrooms, each bedroom with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with king size double beds, the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Two bathrooms have shower cabins, a third shower cabin and a bathroom.

Spacious living room with comfortable sofa and TV with access to the terrace to the pool. Two of the three bedrooms also have direct access to the pool. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary household appliances, up to the dishwasher. In the dining area ,there is a dining table for 6 people.

The terrace has outdoor furniture, there is an equipped barbecue area.

The villas have a large private pool, there is a small lawn with an artificial lawn located behind the seating area.

A washing and drying machine is installed in the utility room.
There is a parking space for two cars.
