Luxury villa with three bedrooms and a private pool is located in the project Laguna Links, which belongs to the famous elite area of the island Phuket - Laguna.

The villa is two-stories. On the ground floor of the villa is a spacious living room with a dining area. There is a comfortable sofa and armchairs, in the dining area there is a large dining table for 6 people. Doors from the living room lead to the terrace to the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, a dishwasher is installed. A washing room and a drying machine are installed in the utility room. There is enough parking space for two cars in the parking lot. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.

On the roofed terrace of the ground floor there is all necessary equipment for bbq. There is a table for 6 people. In the garden there is a roofed sala, where it is pleasant to take shelter in the afternoon from the hot tropical sun, and in the evening to have a rest with a glass of cold wine. On the second floor of the villa there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, has its own spacious dressing room, a bathroom with two washbasins, bathtub and shower. The second and third bedrooms share another bathroom with a shower. In one of the bedrooms, there is a large double bed with a king size, in the other two single beds. Each bedroom has a small balcony.

The villa has a beautiful view of the golf course and the lake.

The unique location of the villa provides easy access, both to the beach and to all infrastructure facilities. The beach is about 10 minutes walk, to the supermarket, the villa-market and boat-avenue, with its many restaurants and cafes, 12 minutes by walk. A free shuttle bus runs throughout the lagoon, where you can easily reach the beach, or to the shops.

The Laguna area is by right considered the most respectable and comfortable for rest and life in Phuket. Here you can find restaurants, beach clubs, golf courses and a tennis court. There are also two sports halls.

The beach of Bang Tao is famous for its white sand and clear water. This is one of the longest beaches in Phuket, where mostly 5-star hotels are located. Due to predominantly elite development, the beach is not overloaded with tourists, you can always find a quiet place here, in order to relax under the sound of the surf.
