The villa is located 10 minutes drive from Nai Harn beach in the southern part of the island, which is famous for its developed infrastructure. Here you will find a wide range of restaurants, shops, massage and spa salons, kindergartens, schools, etc.

The villa is located in the gated estate. The design of the villa is made in a modern Thai style with elements of a decor from a natural wood.

The villa includes 3 bedrooms, each with direct access to the pool.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size double bed and its bathroom with a bathtub.

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom is for guests, located in a separate house. The bedroom has a king size bed. It also has her own bathroom, equipped with a shower cabin.

The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, down to the dishwasher.

One of the outbuildings is converted into a laundry room, where a washing machine is installed, there are an ironing board and an iron.

The villa has its own tropical garden with a private pool and a sun terrace. The size of the pool is 8 x 3 m.
Each room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
