Overview

The apartment complex is located a 10-minute drive from the popular Nai-Harn beach. Thanks to a well-developed infrastructure and a luxurious beach - the area is often chosen for a long-term stay. The complex is located on a quiet street at some distance from the main road, so here you can always enjoy peace and quiet.

In the complex, there is a common pool, parking, 24-hour security, reception, elevator. The complex also has a restaurant/bar where you can always have breakfast in the morning or relax in the evening for a cocktail. The complex offers a hotel service.

The two-level penthouse is located on the fourth and fifth floors of the complex. At the top level (roof) is a terrace with a jacuzzi and a seating area. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The terrace is perfect for a romantic getaway or relaxing with friends for a barbecue.

The total area of the apartments is 50 m2 + 30 m2 roof terrace.
